Our verdict on Zoho Sprints
Zoho Sprints is an agile project management application for teams that plan and deliver work through Scrum or Kanban workflows. It combines product backlogs, sprint planning, boards, work items, release tracking, reports, dashboards, timesheets, meetings, feeds, chats, and collaboration tools. Small teams can start with the Free plan, while larger organizations can move into paid tiers with more storage, projects, users, customization, portals, automation, and management controls. Web, iOS, Android, and API access support teams working across platforms.
Pricing is a major part of the product's appeal. The Free plan supports up to 3 users, 3 projects, 500 MB storage, unlimited work items and sprint cycles, Scrum and Kanban boards, and agile reports and dashboards. Starter costs $1 per user per month with annual billing and adds 12–100 users, 50 projects, 20 GB storage, epic management, timesheet management, meetings, and AI tools. Elite costs $2.5 and adds unlimited users and projects, client and vendor portals, custom profiles, permissions, roles, work-item types, checklists, and a timesheet grid view.
