JobNimbus is a cloud-based CRM and business-management platform for contractors, with a strong focus on roofing and exterior trades. It brings contacts, leads, jobs, estimates, proposals, documents, scheduling, communications, invoicing, payments, reporting, and integrations into one system. Roofing and remodeling sales teams should find the combination of lead capture, bid opportunity tracking, customizable pipelines, mobile apps, and job records especially relevant. Custom fields, automations, email and text records, and API access extend the platform beyond basic contact management.
Pricing is organized into four plans, but the core subscription cost requires a sales conversation. Essentials includes 3 users, 3 project boards, 10 automations, standard support, and the mobile app. Pro increases the allowance to 10 users, 5 project boards, and 30 automations while retaining standard support and mobile access.
