BoldTrail is a real estate technology platform from Inside Real Estate for agents, teams, brokerages, and franchises. It combines an AI-powered Smart CRM with lead routing, automated text and email follow-up, IDX websites, listing management, marketing automation, analytics, transaction-management integration, and mobile productivity tools. Lead capture can come through landing pages and text codes, while contact validation, behavioral insights, property matching, and lifecycle reporting support follow-up and accountability workflows. Its strongest fit is with MLS-focused brokerages that want front-office CRM, website, marketing, and reporting capabilities in one product.
The published plans are structured in three tiers, with pricing handled through contact with sales. BoldTrail BASE includes configurable IDX websites, the AI-powered Smart CRM, listing management and marketing, business intelligence and analytics, and transaction management integration. BoldTrail PLUS includes BASE capabilities and adds Present, ListingMachine, and DesignCenter. BoldTrail PRO includes PLUS capabilities and adds CoreHome, PRO website templates, and PRO Desk access.
