Our verdict on Zenfolio
Zenfolio is a web-based portfolio and business platform for photographers and videographers. It combines customizable portfolio websites, custom domains, client galleries, photo and video storage, proofing workflows, commerce, bookings, analytics, SEO tools, and payment features. Its focus is broader than displaying work: photographers can present portfolios, deliver media, sell digital and print products, and manage parts of the client journey in one platform.
The three paid plans build capability by tier. Basic includes 15 GB of media storage, a website builder and blocks, custom domain support, HD video support, and an analytics dashboard. Professional raises storage to 150 GB and adds client proofing, an integrated shopping cart, a client portal, and a blog feature. Advanced includes unlimited JPEG photo storage, 150 GB of video storage, 4K video support, advanced workflow tools, and booking and scheduling. There is no free plan, so the main buying decision is how much storage, client management, commerce, and workflow depth the business needs.
